Privacy notice

This notice explains what Agatech LTD (“Agatech”, “we”) does with the information you send through this website.

What we collect

When you submit the brief form we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, the project types, timeline and stage you select, and your description. The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers it to us by email and stores a copy for a limited period under its own terms.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and operation.

Why we use it

To read your brief, reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to scope and deliver the engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you have made, and then the contract between us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we do not take forward are deleted within twelve months. Information relating to an engagement is kept for the duration of the contract and for as long afterwards as the law requires.

Who we share it with

Formspree (form delivery) and our hosting provider (serving the site). We do not sell or rent information, and we share it with no one else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within one month.
